Interview with Broken Lizards for Super Troopers 2

When the original Super Troopers came out it became a cult classic, and with good reason as the Broken Lizards guys made being cops fun, and made fun of being cops all at once. In the almost 20 years since then the team has made Club Dread, Beerfest, and The Slammin’ Salmon together, while also working on plenty of other great shows and movies. Its at long last that they are now finally making a sequel to their first film, and Super Troopers 2 is out later this week! I had the pleasure to see the film a little early, you can find our review here, and sit down with the Broken Lizards team for an interview, so please follow after the jump for that.

I do need to give some forewarning that there is a lot of background noise here. You can hear their answers clear enough, but we happened to be at a noisy bar where they were doing a press event, and as such there was plenty going on around us. Also, you’ll hear another voice asking questions, and that is because Aaron from Viddy-Well.com joined me for the interview and asked some questions of his own. Anyways, without further ado, lets get right to my interview with Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, ands Erik Stolhanske of Broken Lizards:
